When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods at the price stated. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. A contract is only formed when we dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
Please ensure all order details — including your name, delivery address, and email — are accurate before submitting. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the item has left our premises.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at help@gagoods.shop and we will investigate.
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at help@gagoods.shop with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions by email.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. The original delivery charge of £2.99 is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at help@gagoods.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate where relevant. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We currently only accept orders and deliver to UK addresses. International orders are not available at this time.
